Tame Impala x Midnight Juggernauts

In a glimmer of hope that today ends better than it began, a tug-o-war "I'll cover you if you remix me" kind of game gets tossed into our beastly ears when two Australian powerhouses collide. Tame Impala's already getting the rave review treatment for their debut album Innerspeaker, and with Midnight Juggernauts' The Crystal Axis due out soon as well, the gauntlet is thrown, and the results are muah-mazing.

  

 

The Perth troupe, that being Tame Impala, recently covered the Melbournian-midnighters and their stunning original tune, Vital Signs. Keeping true to the initial arrangement, the trio adds a layer of harmonies that enhance the echoed loveliness of the song.

 

To repay the favor, shall we say, Midnight Juggernauts have given the once over to the former's song, Solitude is Bliss...a tune, and video, that we've fallen hard and fast for (along with their entire body of work).
